The team of Chefrut and Judy Lew, consultants to the Food industry spans many exciting areas. Chef Panurat Poladitmontri, (Chefrut) is a consultant to the travel industry. He was a part of the onboard service team of "Starquest Expeditions" private jet travel program around the world. As executive chef, he developed menu and service programs for the private jet journeys, which take him to very remote areas of the world. The challenges of preparing an extraordinary meal on Easter Island and serving it onboard the private jet as it travels to Samoa, is an experience only Chefrut truly enjoys. The bigger the challenge, the better the performance. Chefrut's experience of 30 years in the food industry has included restaurants, authoring cookbooks, development of Thai product lines and being a consultant to restaurants as well as to the travel industry. Together Chef Rut and Judy Lew authored "Thailland the Beautiful Cookbook" which was written to commemorate the Queen of Thailand's 60th birthday. Other cookbooks include "Enjoy Chinese Cuisine, Enjoy the Flavors of Chinese Cooking, Dim Sum Appetizers and Light Meals and Lemon Grass Cookbook Thai Cuisine." Today, the Harbor Cafe, in downtown Seattle, is where the flavors of the world come together. Serving Breakfast and lunch to Seattle professionals is a passion for Chefrut and Judy Lew. This is where development of recipes and community come together.
